Research

Courtney's research interests includes Social Network Analysis, Diversity Socialization, Identity Perceptions, and Organizational Impression. In short, she studies the intersection of diversity and strategic management research and its implications on organizational outcomes. Her dissertation reflects on the linguistic and visual differences between prototypical and atypical leaders and subsequent audience reactions.
