You may fly into Lexington (LEX), Cincinnati (CVG), or Louisville (SDF). SDF and CVG are equidistant from Lexington and roughly 80 miles away. Some flights are cheaper and more convenient from SDF and CVG. United, American Airlines, and Delta service all three airports.
